Faber-Castell Pitt Graphite Matt

Faber-Castell Pitt Graphite Matt pencils were specially developed to reduce light reflections on the paper – the shiny finish typically seen with graphite pencils.  They include the world’s first 14B pencil, and claim to use graphite as opposed to carbon or charcoal used by other matte pencils.  These pencils come in a range of 8 grades – HB, 2B, 4B, 6B, 8B, 10B, 12B & 14B.

One of the most recognisable stationery brands on the planet, Faber-Castell’s history dates back to 1761.  Known in it’s early days as the A.W. Faber Company, Faber-Castell manufacture around 2 billion pencils per year in their factories across the world.
